Where is the event located, and is parking free?
The show is held at the Peterborough Memorial Centre (151 Lansdowne St W, Peterborough, ON K9J 1Y4). Yes, parking is completely free on-site for both attendees and vendors. Check the map for side street parking as well.
How do I buy tickets, and can I buy them at the door?
Tickets can be purchased online in advance through Ticketmaster or directly at the gate on the day of the event. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards at the box office, but buying online ahead of time is the fastest way to beat the morning rush.

Are kids free, and is the venue family-friendly?
Absolutely! CANCAST is a fully family-friendly event. Children under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult. We encourage you to bring the next generation of anglers out to check out the gear, interactive displays, and youth activities.
Is there food and drink available on-site?
Yes, full concessions are open inside the arena throughout the entire day, offering hot food, snacks, and beverages so you can refuel without leaving the show floor. Watch the parking lots for food trucks as well.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
For out-of-town guests and exhibitors looking to stay close to the action, we recommend the Holiday Inn Peterborough-Waterfront or the Best Western Plus Otonabee Inn. Both are just a short drive from the venue and offer excellent accommodations.
What is included in a standard vendor booth space?
A standard 10×10 exhibitor booth includes full access to electricity and high-speed internet right at your station.
Unlike almost every other trade show where you only pay for the square footage and then get hit with massive, hidden surcharge fees for basic utilities, we include both electricity and internet in our flat booth price. We believe in transparent pricing so you can focus on your display, not extra paperwork and unexpected costs.
